Application Services License Procedures
A licence that allows the holder thereof to provide one or more communication services including voice telephony services, data and internet services and value added services to end users. An application for an Application Service Licence must be done in writing and be made:

• To the Authority.
• On a duly filled licence application FORM A (in regard to an application for voice telephony services) or licence application FORM B (for internet services and other services falling under a class licence).
• On payment of applicable non-refundable application fees; and on submission of relevant supporting documentation.
