We have partnered Malawi Police Service (MPS) to enhance law enforcement through integration of track and trace technology in its operations.
Through the partnership, MACRA will provide desktop computers, drones and internet connectivity to eight MPS command centres.
Opening a 17-day Drone Track and Trace Technologies Training at the Police Training School in Limbe and has attracted 35 police officer, MACRA’s Broadcasting Manager, Matilda Kanjeri, applauded the Malawi Police Service leadership for prioritising innovation and technology in law enforcement. The training is being facilitated by MACRA.

Service Training Officer, Deputy Commissioner John Nkhoma hailed MACRA’s support to MPS.
With the integration of track and trace technology, these drones can provide real-time situational awareness, assist in search and rescue operations, monitor large gatherings, and gather crucial evidence while ensuring that operations are carried out in compliance with our laws and regulations.
